Fraction and Aja Reunite for Hawkeye #1

Woo boy, does this look awesome. I’m not going to lie to you guys, I’m a BIG Matt Fraction fan. The guy writes consistently amazing, thought-provoking, and ballsy comics and David Aja is the perfect artist to compliment his style of writing. If you have never read The Immortal Iron Fist by them and the always kick ass Ed Brubaker, you have done yourself wrong. Comic Book Resources has some preview pages and they are GORGEOUS.

Releasing August 1st, this monthly, with the awesome first arc title of “My Life as a Weapon”, follows now Tumblr heartthrob Clint Barton as he navigates the seedy underbelly of the Marvel Universe while training ex-Young Avenger, Kate Bishop. Hit the jump for the preview pages.
