Let’s get the bad news out of the way to start.

  • in cancellations: JPII and I weep that Constantine didn’t get picked up for a second season.
  • in farewells: Elektra leaves us this month. Check out the cover of #11 here and snag the issue next week.
  • in happier news: Netflix’s Daredevil gets a trailer! Are you excited to spend all of April 10th with Matt, Foggy, and the rest?
  • in bombshells: G. Willow Wilson will be helming an all-lady Avengers team! Meanwhile, DC announces a slew of new books and creative teams. I’m especially looking forward to Brenden Fletcher and Annie Wu’s Black Canary.

too dark? not enough Elektra?

a bunch of kids are about to have their day made.

  • in manga: Death Note: The Musical!
  • in upcoming: Sony has optioned the rights to Jeff Lemire and Dustin Nguyen‘s Descender…before the book is even published.
  • in switch-ups: Brian  Michael Bendis is leaving the X-books as of Uncanny X-Men #600. What would you like to see him write?
  • and in ooooh: look for W. Haden Blackman and Dalibor Talajić‘s Shang-Chi miniseries as part of “Secret Wars.”
